Ever since I had foot surgery both my legs ache 24 hours a day..im wondering if I have complex regional pain syndrome..

Hi..... I can relate (having pain no-one can diagnose.....) I'm not a doc, but I'm thinking no to CRPS. From what I understand, it would be on the same foot and be excruciating. Again....not a doc so don't take my word for it. Leg pain can also be caused by back issues. How long ago did you have foot surgery?
