Also, I cannot lay flat. I have to sleep upright in a recliner. i don't even own a bed anymore it's been years since i've been able to lay flat. anybody else have this challenge? i met one other person here.

Lately it seems as though there are several people weaning off medications by their own personal choice. I'm not referring to those of you that are being forced to get off of meds. I'd be interested in hearing your results; comments. If you have been force to get off of narcotics and had good results, please share. Jean

I have AR and nerves in spine, one pinched in upper back makes hands numb which I also have AR in them. I also have bone spurs. My Dr, refuses to give pain meds. Shots in back did nothing. If you had this done please tell me if I should or not have it done. I have used every rub out. Does not help. Even hemp oil. Drugs have destroyed help for those who need them. Dr, said not allowed to. Does anyone know of anything that helps? God Bless.

I was lucky and my first Pain Doctor was a master. Her skills were at instructor level. Now she is retiring, can't blame her but now must replace her. I had four other doctors treat me as she was on holidays or on course over the four years. I was pushed to doctor number four because he works Fridays when I have the best chance of getting the car.
