Is it OK to just stop taking it? The VA cancelled my script with no explanation. Help!!

I would call the VA and demand an explanation. Some things are dangerous to stop cold turkey.

I guess it would depend on how often you take it. I only take mine every so often when I get desperate for a full night's sleep, but it turns me into patient zero of the zombie apocalypse, so I'm not a fan. I'll go months without taking it. But if you take it every day, talk to your pharmacist, because you may need to ease off first.
