The use of CBD oil or THC products is like anything else. It takes research, investigation and time. It's an investment. One try and your out doesn't work for anything. Don't talk to doctors about it. They know Jack shit. Talk to ppl who have done due diligence and have found the product and delivery system that is best for you. I took me months until I found the right mix. For me it was a THC oil. It helps me greatly.

Yeah, make sure it is just CBD no THC some people have adverse reaction to THC, ranging from psychosis to stomach issues and there are some products out there that are fake
I use a rub called "muscle melt" works pretty well. I think with all things though you build up a tolerance. So use it sparingly. Some sub lingual sprays help too, it's just finding a product that is pure enough

I use Fana CBD oil and have really good luck with it. Make sure you buy from a reputable source. Many CBD suppliers out there but some don't even contain CBD. My doctor suggested using Fana.
