Under my right shoulder blade that's where my chronic pain is. If I'm pressed there while getting massaged; then I burp. Sometimes when I stretch into the pain there; then I burp; even when I'm rubbed vigorously which I enjoy; then I burp. Any touch on the pain leads to a release of air.

My husband told me that Pres. Trump said he’d like to do away with half of all pain meds use! I’ve been on pain meds off and on from 21 to mid 30’s since I had received approx. 20+ surgeries in that time. Then 20 years ago ruptured L-4 and L-5, L-5 S-1. Pain was unbearable . During the last ten years since my diagnosis I have found myself losing interest in hobbies more and more.
Has anyone else lost interest in things that they used to enjoy due to their chronic pain?
I have. I've lost interest in most things that use to interest me including intimately. It's depressing and mentally draining.
Pain does not know about Holidays!!

Hi, I have been on Lyrica for about 6 months and have put on about 12 kgs. The problem is it is mostly around my middle section and added to the chronic pain it is getting me down. Has anyone else experienced weight gain while on Lyrica and how do you combat it. Really need to be able to lose some of this weight as the extra kgs are making my back pain worse.

I have had chronic pain for 10 years and I am currently at the end of my tether. Tried lots of different medications and other things to help but never free of pain which is beginning to impact on my mood.
