Hello all! I just saw this post but I had to reply. I was a traveling RN and at one of the hospitals I worked for, they wanted us to refer to our patients as customers, not patients. I wouldn't do it and just referred to my patients by name. I think that was horrible and needless to say, I didn't renew my contract. 😡😡😡

Doctors here receive incentives to recommend drugs and procedures, etc. it’s all about money now.
