Arthritis, My Wrists,
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question ๐Ÿ’ญ

I have arthritis, something with my wrists, my shoulders and arms, no treatment and I don't know what to ask for. I also suffer from depression and anxiety and mild borderline personality.

I can only advise you to go see your doctor. Ask him about the pain you experience in your shoulder, arm and wrist, what you're doing when it hurts and how long.

As for the depression and mild personality issues, ask for a referral to a psychiatrist who can assess you and put you on the appropriate medications.

In both instances, see your doctor before going ahead with the suggestions you find here. These are only guidelines and not to be used instead of seeing your primary physician

I'm glad magnesium oxide is helping you. I have been told that the oxide form isn't absorbed as well as magnesium glycinate.
Magnesium oxide is a laxative as well.

For everyone, you can get Magnesium Oxide. Either over the counter and on the shelf.
I was in so much pain I couldnโ€™t walk or have anything covering them, they hurt too much! My Dr. put me on it, and after 3 days of moving around as normal, before I stopped hurting so much. I still have pain but not to the point where I canโ€™t walk.

I would ask your family doctor to refer you to pain management and for your shoulders and arms what are the issues. Could it be nerve damage. If so ask to see a neurologist. Let me know and wish you all the best. God bless ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Please nobody take Advil or Motrin it makes the Covid 19 worse. Stick to Tylenol. I just heard this today and sharing with you all to make sure all of you stay safe God bless. Also do not take any inflammation medication it's also not good for covid 19. Please all speak to your doctor. I stopped mine and I take celebrex. This medication makes covid 19 10 times worse. So please be careful. I would call your doctor's to make sure your medication you are on does not conflict with covid 19. Good luck, be safe and God bless ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™
