Alone Or Not? Potential Lockdown
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I barely fully recovered from the flu after about two weeks. Of course I got secondary infections because that's how it goes, right? Now, with the possibility of a national lockdown, I am torn between being alone and hoping I don't need help and flares don't happen, or going to my new boyfriend's home just in case.

Thoughts?

Stay hydrated, take lots of vitamin C with food or almond milk and good multi vitamin every single day!

Remember the immune system boosters. Turkey Tail mushroom, elderberry, zinc, combinations. A strong immune system is benificial for everyone, but those of us battling anything that requires extra healing attention or drug therapy need the added assistance for our immune systems. I only named a few. Vitamin c which is what elderberries are full of and vitamin D is very important. Try to stick with organic whatever you use. Echinachea is an extremely strong immune booster so I was advised that unless compromised to take it for two weeks and then move to a daily of one or more of the other's. Best wishes to all. God will get us through this πŸ™

Don’t be alone but do not be around many people. Feel better soon.

Alone is not the best way to isolate. But you double your chances of contracting it. It's a case of damned if you do and damned if you don't.
Probably get over the flu completely first.

I'm with you on boosting immunity πŸ™‚ I began my zinc and vitamin C a few weeks ago. Though I have to take vitamin c at night as it cancels my ADHD meds. I ran out of Echinacea and cannot obtain a supermarket delivery for love nor money. I'm ok for food currently but just don't know what I will do soon ugh.
Manuka honey, cloves, oregano, garlic and chilli also boost immunity, all together in a huge spoon (joking) so add to your diet, and essential oils in a diffuser can support too
