Of course, heat, cold, stretching, compression therapy, pt, yoga, etc all can help with the inflammation thats going on.

Ive OA, CRPS n dystonia and only on celebrex other wise I'm doing yoga, meditation, hot n cold therapy, etc to help with the pain including massage therapy

It depends on where you set the needle to for the definition of help? I'm new compared to most here, but have been through two years of back injury hell. So far things like PT, yoga, meditation, etc., provide relief, but not on a scale that "matters." Nothing I've tried has had a functional impact on my life. I can't say "before yoga I couldn't jog, now I can." The best I can say is I do all that crap and can still barely walk, and at 40 that's as good as skipping it entirely. If your only goal is to have a bit less pain, yeah... they totally work.
