I'm on 40mg oxycontin am & pm.
You need 2 separate gps to examine you & agree that medication & dosage is required. Otherwise health department will not authorise medications.

I take 10 mg of OxyCodone, and 30 mg twice a day of OxyContin. I’ve been on this for almost 20 years.
