Sciatica Pain In The Right Thigh Muscle And Lumbar Spine
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have had Sciatica pain for a few weeks now in my right thigh muscle and it gets very sore and weak by the afternoon. I have been massaging Anti Inflamation gel into it and today it’s been massaged with FisioCrem a natural Arnica, Calendula and Hypercuim cream into it. I am waiting to get a referral from my doctor for Xrays and he’s talking about injections. What is your opinion on this problem which I have had previously.

I would definitely recommend a DUAL CHANNEL TENS MACHINE as a reliable partner/ back up to any injections and other painkiller meds u may be taking atm

So glad ur feeling better JG. I'm a bit better painwise today, weather's been sunny and warm but now at 8.20pm it's turned rather cold so I've turned my heating on. I've been to my bro and sister-in-law today for a lovely Sunday lunch which I greatly enjoyed. STAY WELL and IN LESS PAIN !

I have lived with my sciatica in my left leg now since 2012. Doctors did 2 back operations December 2017 with complications. Worsened sciatica, chronic pain lower back, mostly left side with the occasional right side and nerve damage in my right foot which is inflamed 24/7. Balance issues with the fact that I have trouble stepping backwards. I cannot stand or walk very long and I use a walker. I have my right foot operation in June for bunion and clamp for the twisting bones. I am worried that it will be worse after the operation. I have sharp pains, tingling, cold and swelling in it 24/ 7 as it is. They put disc's and metal in my back and I find the metal causes more swelling in my back which causes me all kinds of pains hon xo. You are a warrior hon xo. Keep up the the good fight hon xo. May God bless you hon xo.

Howdy from the wild wild west! Yes Judith sleep plays a big part in my daily outlook and overall recovery. Before I found my pain management team, sleep was almost impossible. But now I sleep 8-10 hours a nite and feel rested, ready to tackle any problem, well almost any problem...
