Has Any One Else Had Their Pain Meds Cut Because Of The Phoney CDC Report On Dosages 90 Mmg Morphine Equalivent ?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

My doctor quoted some CDC report that was intended as a guideline for general practitioners that said no chronic pain patient should be prescribed more then 90mmg of morphine equalivent for chronic pain patients irregardless of pain levels or time on opioids. The DEA jumped all over this reccomdation and is using it to force pain doctors to drasticly cut medications, leaving millions of us in dire pain without help or hope.

Why Are Drugs Mostly Always The Answer?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have lower back pain for years. Now I have Sciatica along with everything else. I have gone to Neurologists, Ortho guys, my Primary, a Chiro and a few others, and mostly the only thing offered to me is Drugs. I can have "anything I want" from Asprin to Percoset. I dont want any of it. I want to find a treatment or cure that I can actually live with. PT doesnt work for me bevause it only brings on more pain. I'm 71, I'd like to enjoy the years I have left.

For Those That Have Used Marijuana, Would You Please Share Your Experience.
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Primary doctor suggested that I try marijuana instead of more opiates. I need to ask my pain doctor first a I signed a paper saying that I would only get pain meds from him. I have an appointment on January 5th and I want to go with some information about the success of using marijuana. I also need to know what to ask for. I'm really not interested in smoking it as I've never smoked before. Rx Marijuana is legal here in Arizona so that is not an issue.

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi, I have been on Lyrica for about 6 months and have put on about 12 kgs. The problem is it is mostly around my middle section and added to the chronic pain it is getting me down. If Simple Exercise Increases The Nerve Pain In My Legs, Hips, Back And Feet, Should I Not Do It And Lose Out On The Benefits Of Exercise?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have nerve pain in my legs, hips, thighs, back, feet, and hands. It's not clear what the root cause is. My question is: If simple exercise like a 15-20 minute easy walk increases the nerve pain in my legs, hips, back & feet, should I not do it and lose out on the benefits of exercise?

Any thoughts, wisdom is appreciated.
