I do it also...have the brain fog...do what u can and know you're not alone! Don't listen to the voice in u that says, you're losing it...u r not!!

yes they are like the worst feeling of vulnerability. One day I was cutting a cantaloupe and right in the middle of it I didn’t know what to do with it like it was something plopped in front of me that i’d never. worked with before I just cried and put down the knife and walked away, Over the years I’ve learned to ask for help and am no longer ashamed when it happen

Loosing my memory

Yes it sure does!! My family thinks I'm looking my memory. Sometimes I do feel like I am but I know it's the brain fog!!
