Arthritis is amplified by the “nightshade” foods. Tomatoes, eggplant,peppers, and white potatoes.

Some of my favorites! Been trying to get more since reading about this. Since I can't do myself, I got keep reminding others about it. All the "no no's" are regular fare here, so finding ways to include without asking 2 meals be made is important for everyone's sanity, especially my loving wife Elise. She's still struggling with Long-COVID & may do so the rest of her life.

I eat anti-inflammatory foods like asparagus, sweet potato, pineapple etc...
