Yes. Ask around for another doctor or go to a pain clinic. Your bones can be reshifted to their proper place through appropriate exercise.

My bones have changed shape. Now causing more stenosis and agony. At the same time my doctor is reducing my pain meds. Any suggestions?

No. Surgeons think it is but people who do Postural Therapy will give you exercises to solve the issue but it takes lots of time for the muscles to change their ways.
