For ME I have gotten relief from Spinal Cord Stimulator implant, Gabapentin, Physical Therapy, nerve blocks and a Saphenous Decompression with neurectomy and transposition with nerve allograft surgery and Decompression of Medial vastus Nerve.

Most important thing that has helped... Acceptance of the CRPS and learning to live functionally with it through Physical Therapy.

That's horrible that you were diagnosed a year ago but not told. 🤬

If you have any questions about Spinal Cord Stimulator feel free to ask. I am better with than without mine. It's how I can tolerate PT and work full-time with my home daycare.

Thank you.... my pain management specialist wants me to try aquatic therapy to help with the stiffness in my foot and ankle. Waiting on a referral... she also mentioned the spinal cord stimulator. As a last resort. ... I just found out today. That another pain management specialist diagnosed me over a year ago with crps... he never told me
