The Magic Butter Maker is a machine that you put the pot and either butter or alcohol, push the button and a few hours later you have Canna-Butter or Tincture. The butter should be clarified so I just use Ghee. Then you can make cakes or cookies. The Tincture is liquid THC and you can make gummies or put in drink. So careful, the quality of the pot determines the effectiveness of the eatable.
The MBM is just a machine so I don't expect any legal problems. It is the ingredients you might have a problem with.
Ingredients are massively important. Two basic classifications of weed. Sativa will cause you to be happy and dance, Indica will help with pain and subdue you. Choose wisely.

I have COPD so have been advised by my doctor to stop smoking and eat. I have a Magical Butter Machine and make my own Canna-butter (Ghee actually). From this I make kick ass chocolate chip cookies. I control the type of marijuana and lean to Indica with very high THC.
I am now off Opioids and find the THC does not work the same way. I am made to feel like yes, I was run over by a truck but don't really care. With Opioids it was more, what truck?
Help cope is the right way to phrase your question.
I have five seedlings that are the beginning of mothers for this season's crop. I make clones available to my friends. Clones give better crop than from seeds. Up here in Canada, we are all allowed to grow four plants and I have authorization for a much bigger crop. I have no room to really take advantage of a bigger crop as i grow in a 10x10 shed with grow lights and air filters.
Any questions, please ask.

I know people fall for everything these days. But, I have no idea how pot has anything to do with pain relief. It just makes you confused and tired and possibly hungry.
So no it is not a good idea for pain relief. Try it if you have no normal options.

Don, what is the "Magic Butter Maker"? I would love to have one, as I have the COPD, as well. I'm in the old-fashioned state of Pennsylvania in the usa, though, so it might not be legal for me to buy one 🙄
