I liberally use different forms of cannabis. I have a heating pad and and electric blanket. I use braces and supports. But NOTHING else works better than my legally prescribed opioid medications!

CBD from Lazarus naturals. They are 1 of 10 favorite cbds. #5? Some exercise light at home.
Laying down in bed also.

Good luck and hugs Karen xx

Acupuncture. I have found like Physicians not all are created equal. Shop around and get a session or two and you should know. If they pressure for more they are not for you. Good luck.
