i have already consulted with one and it is problematic because i have other damage to the spine due to osteoporosis and he is concerned about a hard wear failure. Also, i live alone w/ me dog so the long recovery period is an issue as well.

Has anyone suggested a spinal cord stimulator for you?

I had no relief for years from sciatica, Radiculopathy and stenosis in my lumbar back, until a successful implant of an SCS was done in Mar 2016. Tho' I've also additional problems now, those remain resolved by my stimulator. Some days I need to turn it up more, but it still works in those areas it was put there for.

If you try, be careful who does it. I had one incorrectly done in 2007, then didn't pursue more because I figured it just didn't work. Only because a Dr asked and investigated for me, did I try another and I only wish I'd known sooner.

Hopefully it could be as effective for you!

They want me to go get a CAT scan but, I can not be enclosed!! I just freak out when they put me into the machine. Do you have any suggestions??? I am all ears!!
