I have had chronic pain for 10 years and I am currently at the end of my tether. Tried lots of different medications and other things to help but never free of pain which is beginning to impact on my mood.

I also have suffered chronic back pain for 33 years, it's a hard question too answer I take each day as it comes , try taking up a non physical hobby I have been in to photography for 50 years and I do get a lot of pleasure from it. Good luck I hope this helps . Regards Martin.

Thank you I do knitting, crocheting and embroidery. I love to walk so find this does help instead of being sat still.
I just think some days it becomes overwhelming, I am waiting to be referred to the pain clinic and I may learn new ways to cope with it.
Regards Jo
