Try Lyrica it helps with Neuropathy and nerve pain.

Sorry to hear you're in pain. Just yesterday the big toe on my right foot started aching. This happens sometimes and I think it's because all those wonderful nerves that go down to the feet.

I do a lot of exercise, activities and yoga.
For that issue I assume the warrior 3 yoga position. I try to hold it for 30 seconds? Because when you're standing on one leg and it's supporting the rest of your body, it's kind of forced to work properly and that can get those nerves back in sinc.

I also just slowly bend over and try to touch my toes. But never force it, just allow your body to lower and you can stop and breathe if you don't go all the way down and then sometimes you will continue going all the way to the floor

The warrior can be difficult, so it's a good idea to do it in a doorway or near a wall where you can use them for support if necessary.
