I have a 3cm hietal hernia,scatterd diverticular disease, Gerd severe acid reflux my esophagus doesn't close properly.I also have mold delayed gastric emptying .Bad ibs in chrnic stomach pain its aweful nerve like pain from my back to front.Never thought I would have all this issues on top of degenerated disc disease, facets disease,osteoarthritis I'm 47 and perfectly fine until a bad fall fractured my neck then every happend one after another,Kidney stones gall stones constant infections
Massive weight loss because I was in agony eating and digesting.My hips are disaligned issues in several L discs ,probably fibromyalgia for good measure with the shock and trauma to my body 😳 I feel like I'm a lot older physically than I am.I was always a hard worker never stopped.now I can barely get through the day I miss the old me.I was super woman I could do anything and I never stopped from morning until 10pm ever day xxxxx

You need to see a gastroenterologist and nutritionist. You are probably eating foods that are stimulating or inflamming.
