Hello Lorraine the lidocaine patches ease my pain in back but last night I put on feet as the burning stabbing nerve pain causes severe anxiety. They did help. My biggest problem is I'm sensitive to medication... So it's tough.
Always looking for answers causes more anxiety but like you trying to get better.
God bless Helen

Thanku Lorraine. I've tens machine but haven't tried on my legs. L5 break I think is causing nerve damage. I've lidocaine patches for back so night put in feet tonight. It's got so bad all I do is think about it!!! Which I know is bad for mind.
Thanku for your prompt reply

Helen, I also have severe pain in my legs at night due to sciatica. I have a weak dose of Pregabalin twice a day, and a strong dose going to bed. It works well most nights, but the effects wear off about 4am, and that's when, if I'm going to get pain, it starts.
Hope this is helpful . Anne x
