I wish I could have an anti-Inflammatory diet. However, due to a medicine I take for my heart, it's very finicky with foods and supplements I can't just think that looks helpful. I cannot take any supplements.
@A MyChronicPainTeam Member hello yes I do get relief from the Magnesium supplements and I use Magnesium cream for my sore joints too. My tailbone was sore from sitting down in my recliner and I rubbed some Magnesium in it and it soothed it. Hugs from Judyxx
No beans? I'm poor and beans are affordable. No dairy? I need cheese....
I do eat pretty healthy, no sugar or sweets. I eat less than 1200 calories a day. I do put a little sugar in my coffee which I only have coffee about three times a week.
