I did for years. Being so long into it, I dont typically unless I notice something new starting and then I track it in a journal.

Does anyone have tips to share> What sort of things do you record? I have no idea of where to start with one. I did download an app but never use it. I think I would do better doing it the old fashion way, pen and paper.
