Does anyone else find that caffeine has little to no effect on their fatigue? What do you do to stay awake?

Does anyone else find that caffeine has little to no effect on their fatigue? What do you do to stay awake?

I can fall asleep no matter where I am and I am struggling to find ways to stay awake.

I just had another thought lol.
I have fruit smoothies that help me to stay awake. I just put whatever fruit I have in the blender thingie. I always have oranges in it so maybe it's that. Xx

@Sweetlove20035 well we didn't know that I had it until after the sleep study. I was sleeping 23 hours a day and we couldn't figure it out. having a sleep study can also rule out sleep apnea and other things that are important to deciding on treatment!

Have you got a sleep study if this is consistent? I have severe fragmented sleep disorder and struggled with the same issues. Having a sleep study helped me move forward with treatment and helped a lot!

I would go for a short walk outside sometimes just getting out into a different environment can help.
