I have found that meditation does work it takes the mind off of that pain I do use you tube And I make a list for myself to do something every hour because I had to retire in July and I was not used to not going to work so that cause a very big confusion in my brain and in the way I was feeling so I have had to learn to teach myself how to read live again in pain but the body meditation on YouTube it really does work

Every morning I put on meditation music or guided meditation on YouTube and it helps with my pain, blood pressure, and anxiety about starting my day.

I fell 10 days ago. The last time I fell and broke ribs I saw my doctor who said nothing can be down except time 6-8 weeks! If I can’t take a deep breath , which I
can do now, then nothing can be
done. If I get worse and can’t take a deep breath I have to be treated so I
don’t get pneumonia .,
More fun and games. πŸ˜‚

I've been meditating with a professional recently and am getting interesting results in the involuntary muscles of my pelvic floor. After each session I have noticed that the pain improves markedly, usually lasting 4-5 hours and occasionally up to 12 hours. I hadn't had much luck with apps on my phone but recently discovered Michael Sealey on YouTube with "Sleep Hypnosis for Pain Management with Relaxing Binaural Music" (and free MP3 Download). With Magnesium spray and this recording, I managed to reduce my pain from 8/10 down to a 5/10 with spasming pain. Has anyone else tried this?
