I have had both. And both helps. You should try one at a time though. I mean try same treatment for at least 6 weeks. Have positive mind to it. Think positive and it will work.
Make sure that therapist is well experienced though.

Cupping is not new it's been around for a long long time. It's supposed to help heal ,I didn't like it it hurt and bruised me

The doctors on Botched say that cupping is not effective and just a "new fad", same as cool sculpture - don't bother
