Does Anyone Have Sharp Pain In Their Feet And Toes?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone been experiencing sharp pains or just overall painful feet the more you walk/stand on them? What about really sore toes that feel stiff and or hurt or burn? I feel burning tingling it my toes especially when I try and bend them. The more I try and relax my feet and move my toes my feet burn. Just wondering if anyone else has these issues?

i have CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome), which causes extreme pain. it's primarily in my left foot/ankle and my lower back. the more i walk and/or stand, the worse the pain. the only shoes i can stand to wear are my clogs (slip-ons?) from Clarks. they're super soft and have lots of cushion (the leather stretches). if the pain gets truly awful, i've found that a hottish soak in epsom salts helps.

I too have painful feet. Have found massage with Arthro Guard rub helpful. Also rolling a golf ball under my feet helps.

Yes I have painful feet & toes most days. I find massage helps. The stabbing pains are distressing , makes my knees want to buckle. I also get stabbing pains in my legs, one thing about this condition is no two days are the same.
