Members shared comforting ways to manage fibromyalgia flare-ups, with many finding relief through heat therapy like hot baths, heating pads, and weighted blankets. Several members described soothing activities that help pass the time and ease discomfort, including watching movies or Netflix, listening to audiobooks or music (especially helpful during brain fog), coloring, knitting, reading, playing games, and taking relaxing baths with Epsom salts or bath bombs. A recurring theme was the importance of finding gentle distractions and self-care rituals that provide both physical comfort and mental relief when mobility is limited during a flare.

The best thing I ever found for the ache all over my body was a nice, hot bath. It was a lifesaver for me.
