Non Medicinal Treatment
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Im looking for additional suggestions for non medicinal treatments for lower back pain/sciatica with bulging l5/s1, DDD, and stenosis diagnosis. I am taking osteo biflex and ibuprofen as needed along with yoga. I still have flare ups and it makes it difficult to do anything even sitting is painful.

There are exercises for sciatica that I've heard work. I tried but the way my vertebrate is twisted and has the disc jammed against the nerve it made the pain worse so it depends on the severity of your condition.
