Sending a big hug. I have been told there is a chance they could improve my lumbar curvature but there is a chance I could have nerve damage or even be paralysed afterwards so am apprehensive about having it done. My Chiropractor can help me when in severe pain and co-codamol, morphine when things get unbearable, so think I may stay as I am.

I had L1 thru L5 disc done but they did a fusion in 3, 4,5 now i have no stability and it hurts to walk, sit an the sciatic has been acting up and bad down my legs. So if you are thinking of surgery make sure you get some stability or you will have hard time doing any job. My surgeon was one of the best but never told me that i would have all these problems.

Good day. I have a tumor T12 and the disc L3 L4 and L5 are pressing on the sciaitic nerve now causing sciatica. It depends on what your work specialty is. I am an accountant, have complete set of accounting
and payroll software so I can do my work from home. I feel off, I will medicate and sleep as much as the pain allows me. So set up into something that you enjoy doing, it keep you going for longer through the pain and helps to generate an income.
