Does Anyone Notice If Their Pain Is Better In Warmer Weather Living Down South Versus The Colder Weather Living In The North??

If you do live in the North do you notice your pain gets worse when we have snowstorms? with the barometric pressure changes?
Wondering if it's time to make a move if it will help decrease my pain....

I don't know if moving would help but I do know that when a snow or rain storm is going to happen to pepair myself for the MASSIVE pain increas and stiff body. So yeah it affects me a lot!

The barometric pressure changes make a major impact on my pain. My pain gets worse with cold and snowstorms, but also with rain AND with heat (especially if it's humid). When I travelled to Florida, my pain was significantly worse because of the humidity, and it's always bad in the summer at home (I live in NJ). I've heard that dry heat (Arizona/Utah etc) is the best condition for pain. I figure I'll have to try a vacation first to confirm that before I'll be packing my bags to move....

Yes, hubby and I moved from Northern IL to Southern AZ in 2005 because the dry heat made such a huge difference in how I feel. I dont dare visit IL from mid-Sept thru mid May...its just way too painful. We planned for this move for 2 yrs before we were able to do it...but its been so worth it!!

I find the same problem living in Illinois in the US. It seems like the tempature is up and down all the time which is the weather fronts coming threw changing the pressure. Florida is my favorite seems to have less changes.

Live in the uk....pressure changes cause flares. Live in Spain......much better with steadier pressure and warmth !
