You can try it. Might work for you. But, it was a waste of time and money for me. I had tried a few different ones.

When it comes to chiropractors, I've done it all. Acupressure, acupuncture, decompression, etc. No relief.

Ls2 herniated disc. I tried chiropractic it made me 100%worse. An I couldn't do adjustments anymore due to the tender spots from my fibromyalgia.

Do not go to a chiropractor with all those conditions. It could actually be dangerous. A chiropractor told me no and I had the same conditions you mamed.

I have the problems you mention with the sacrum and I also had L5 S1 surgery. I don't know about all the other conditions you have. Chiropractic helps me a lot. I have to go a lot though because my sacrum pops out all the time. I also have had luck strengthening my core in the pool to help keep my sacrum in. You could try finding someone who does gentle chiropractic. Some chiropractors can do a lot without "cracking" you at all. They can just adjust through gentle touch and muscle release. You can always make an appointment just to talk to them. Also look on Yelp online to see how their reviews are.
