I tried Lyrica and Cymbalta as well without any help. I have found that my weekly Lidocaine injections and bi-monthly infusion has helped a lot but it took a couple of months to really notice the difference. I've also recently started using medical cannabis and have been able to get off the chemical soup of Fentanyl, morphines and opioids. CBD is legal in most States and the UK. In Canada both CBD and THC is legal and has helped tremendously. I don't smoke it as I never smoked before. I vaporize it or use the oil drops.

I too suffer from neuropathy in both feet. My current doctor has me on nortryptline. It isn't 100% effective, but I found it better than gabapentin.

Try nortryptiline. It works for me.

Gabapentin is not really working effectively for me. Lyrica worked better, but Lyrica is just to expensive and I can not afford it, even with a Drug Plan. So I suffer from pain from my knees down and my foot pain and burning and tingling continues to just get worse to the point where walking is downright painful.

My Endocrinologist will not alter the current dosage of my medications. He refers me to a Pain management Specialist, which I do not quite understand. I started on Cymbalta, which eventually stopped working, then went to Lyrica, which became Cost prohibitive, and now I am on the Gabapentin, which I do not believe to be as effective as Lyrica, but I can not afford the cost of the Lyrica.
