I don't know about MMJ but CBD is legal in all the state's and if you don't have a dispensary you can go online to order and they ship anywhere...

Yes it is. You need to dee a registered doc then apply to the department of health. Takes a while

I must be honest I've smoked it and yes it helps me with my pain but I also have COPD so. I am kind of nervous about talking about it with my Doctor
