Members rallied around someone expressing depression and frustration over feeling unheard by their medical team, particularly regarding delays in imaging for foot and leg pain and repeated breast lumps. Several members offered heartfelt solidarity through hugs, prayers, and personal stories of managing chronic pain alongside depression, with one member candidly sharing decades of struggle with untreated mental health and the regret of missing their children's early years. A recurring theme was the healing power of simply being heard, the importance of advocating persistently with providers, and leaning on compassionate community support during overwhelming times.

KlynnRobillard.May I ask what you have? I have depression all the time, Well basically since a kid, But then it was (ILL give you something to be sad about) My mother threw all the dishes out the cupboard, I had to rewash them, then the big ole lineoleum floors and stairs wash them, So I never talked about it then, Had my children, A bad marriage of 12 years, My job of 42 years kept me stable(Im assuming) now this injurys to my body, The pain, disk degeneration, arthritis all over body, and fibro. Ptsd, I have 2 sons, (one totally talks to me about it) so we have been open about why I hid in my room when they were growing up. Well I was depressed, Made them dinner after work, (had little) connection with them until they were teems, (I missed a lot of there childhood) I regret every day. SO talk about it, ITS ok, I tell everyone, THanks for any encouraging words,
