I've been on gabapentin for years and I gained some weight on it. I find going to the YMCA to to Gentle Toning and Stretching in the therapy pool helpful. I also cut way back on my portion sizes and the junk food I eat.

I've been on neuronton before. I was on 1800 mgs daily. I didn't notice weight gain, but the help it provided was minimal.

I gained a ton of weight!!! A ton. If you are gaining a lot - get off it. It is a terrible drug anyway.
