I Had Costochodritis A Few Months Ago, But On And Off And More So On...I Keep Having It On The Middle To Left Side. Any Input?

No one is willing to fully diagnose me still. I recently (on top of other things) have been diagnosed with IBS and migraines as well. I just don't even know if I should go get this checked again? My Dr's make me feel like I'm not serious because I physically look Ok. I feel like they're thinking I'm some hypochondriac but I'm not!

Anyone else have this feeling or feel this way with their Dr?

I think it is common these days to feel that way, we seek help from doctors and they don't validate us or what we are telling them Don't be discouraged, seek out a new doctor until you find the right one. Think about all of us with "fibromyalgia" since the 90's we were told "it's all in your head" now it's front page news. You know your body better than anyone else on earth

I guess over here it's not easy to get a second opinion. Basically if just get the specialist which I already have :( But it's hard to seek the specialist.

Have the same problem, I have been ill for 26 years, but because I take care of my body and face, and I dress nicely, some doctors just dismiss me as not really being sick, my husband tells me, just go like you look at home, I had a standing joke with my great primary care Dr. If I ever came in with out my hair done and makeup on, she was to call an ambulance! But if the doctor is not enough of a doctor to see beyond my physical Image and hear what I am saying, they are not a doctor that I need to be seeing, just don't let them shame you for trying to
Be as functional as possible, and taking care of Yourself improves your life.
