I just came off of psychiatric meds. The world looks brighter. I got enrolled in a pain clinic. After thirty years of pain I got pain meds. I'm so much better. I still listen to music to go to sleep. I tune into the lyrics and it takes me out of my own little world.. Hope you can find a pain clinic....

I used to work as a LPN medication nurse in Nursing homes. I gave a lot of pain medication and gave out a lot of laxatives. I have a system worked out for constipation. I don't know if I am allowed to say what brands of laxatives I use. The Geriatric Doctors were up on these. I have a laxative section in my cupboard. I have multiple level spine injuries, and am not a candidate for surgery. I was stalled out on pain meds for to many years. I too watch life from my recliner.

what type of lung disease???? you mean copd? ashthma? can you explain? do you take medicine? or oxgen

I was on dpression pills. I got off them and glad I did. The rest is yp to me. Arthritis in my sacral region....not good. I will swim. My meds are okat. Ty
