@A MyChronicPainTeam Member Being drawn back is no crime. You simply must remember that both are givers of life and provide light to lead all their daughters and sons. As long as you walk the path of light you are doing that which is set for you to do. Sometimes being a solitary is a good thing, especially if you prefer to march to the beat of your own drum. At least I have been happiest that way. I will tell you that it has brought me greater peace over the last few years then any other way. It is simply what works best for you.

I asked you the other day about the phone number because I have big ears and a closed mouth. Still stick to the therapist idea and am not too certain of the accreditation of those online. It could be a bunch of old ladies drinking beer from home. I sometimes get cartoon images of things and the image I got was of something akin to the sex on the phone workers who are older then dirt, have no teeth, and are dressed in house coats and curlers. Check with Bonnie and see if she knows of any herbals besides St. John's Wort for depression. I tried that stuff years ago and it did not work. Perhaps your new doc can give you something should you want it.

That you are in need of healing is obvious and no empath can heal their own ills. Does not work that way. People like me can see the problem sometimes and with you I do but I can not interfere. It is the one thing my guiding spirit has given me. I have an appointment tomorrow and will be gone much of the day. You can message if you want to or need to. Keep looking, you will find your way.🌛🌕🌜Barb

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member Are you able to see a therapist? It is a darn good chance that a good part of what is happening is stress. Having a therapist might help you find out and deal with the major stressors. The onset of the physical symptoms, especially the weakness in your legs and back concern me. Have you had a tick bite or had a mosquito bite that you might not have paid attention to but felt crappy following the bite. I am thinking Lyme Disease, sp, or Zikka, again spelling, as possible reasons for what is happening. There is also the possibility of your Thyroid being out of wack or the Endometriosis messing you up. I can't come up with definitive reason but only of possibilities. You have my phone number still, right? You can call any time. The other thing that crossed my mind is perhaps a vitamin deficiency with calcium, Vitamin D, and perhaps Vitamin B and Calcium.

I have to admit that I have felt extremely tired these last few months. Part of it has been the problems with the step sons and part I hope is just vitamins. For me, all my blood work has come back normal except one note on my Rguematolgist's blood work that said hypothroidism. Going to check on that. I really, really hope you can find out the whys here and begin to balance out to where you were. Light, Healing, and love. Bright Blessings. Barb🌛🌕🌜

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member OH Gal I feel for you so, I have a wife that is still able to work. Christian School 3rd grade teacher for the last 15 years, (total of around 23 years teaching, so proud. Sue IS my rock she has to work a LOT of hour but when she is home she helps with just about anything she can. For that I am Blessed.

I also understand about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and truly going down for the count soon, BUT you need to remember if you don't have anyone there close, you always have people HERE! I have been down since March 28, 2014 I UNDERSTAND TOTALLY, REALLY DO!

Try to eat more protein, eat only small amounts, but eat 6 times a Things like Turkey, Chicken, Cheese, Red Meat, Fish, (I love tuna) look for things that have (per portion) at least 10 -15 protein.
I AM ONLY SUGGESTING, AS THIS HAS HELPED MY SORENESS AND WEIGHT. I hope it might help you also.

Remember to kill them with kindness! You get more stress trying to correct their "wrong doings" then to just forget, and move on. It comes with a lot less stress, I promise you will be a happier person. (even with this crap we have)

Gentle Hugs from a friend:

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member My chronic fatigue goes right along with my three arthritis'. RA, Osteo, & Fibro I stay awake sometimes as much as three day straight. (mostly two though) and this normally will happen 1 - 2 times a week. Oh yes I have the sleeping Rx, the relaxers Rx, the "chill out meds" etc. but all come with some sort of side effects. Sleeping pill makes me sleep until my wife wakes me up AFTER she is done working (school teacher) so proud of my wife 34 years :) (sorry) I also watch TV way to much, but most time it hurts to do things. My wife, our 31 yr old son, 9 yr old grandson and I started to clean out our garage. (we need to sell thing for a down payment to but the home we have lived in and rented. please pray we get $3250.00 fast! ANYWAY as you can tell I get off track fast, so sorry. NOW today two trucks have hit me hard and it was so bad just to get out of bed. I have found that the main thing that helps me is a home spa, one of the small ones that plug-in to a regular wall outlet. 2-3 person is all you need. it take almost ALL SORENESS away. No need to buy a new one unless your able, plenty out there for sale used, just make sure you see it working. Again I am so sorry for being long winded, but I truly believe in OUR site here!!! And only if we help each other, with what might or might not work for me, just my 2 cents added. WE WILL HELP EACH OTHER THROUGH THIS SITE, ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!! (as you can tell "they don't let me out of the house much much) LOL Hugs to all, "gentle ones" @A MyChronicPainTeam Member

Barbara. Can't you just accept that some people have REAL pain that isn't caused by stress, or any psychological sressor.....? Some of us have PHYSICAL conditions that have no relation to anything psychological.
