Has anyone after using insulin experienced severe cramping, Charlie horses involving every muscle in your body?

Leg cramps come from low pottassium eat bannanas or potatoes daily or take the pills

I take multivitamin with minerals plus extra magnesium. This only happens when I use insulin

Been on insulin for 20 odd years n never had that side effect from it.
Id look at your vitamin n mineral levels

Briley thanks for answering. Not dehydrated, also take vitamin/mineral supplements including extra magnesium.
