Web forums and medical articles on this relatively recently defined headache syndrome are filled with stories of headache that was triggered, usually by an infection. DON'T DO IT!!! Of all places, the cervical is most dangerous, because the area they need to inject into is very small. Complications are more common. There have even been deaths. My injection was thoracic (T8). The medication used for these injections is not FDA approved for this use, and not as safe as the docs think it is. If you even get relief, it's short lived. And you risk life long disability and severe pain. Just not worth it!

Just afraid of having a pain pump put in. Dont know why they dont remove the Bone Spurs on my Cervical spine because the tingling in my head

You do have to be careful though I was one of the few that had a bad reaction and it blew my head up and my whole face swelled had to go to ER bless anyone that it works on.
