has anyone had their doc have you go thru pt and it's just too painful and the doc say's that you have to go anyway

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, just make them do it slow. Sometimes they try to push too hard and sometimes we can't do it that fast . It is helpful to me but I often go in saying I'm having a hard day or I was too sore the last time and my therapist is able to cut back and do different things that aren't as stressful to my body. You need to be the boss.

Its not an easy thing thats for sure but try it...I moaned about it but uyes I hadnto go and it was great...the benifits were amazing...boring it is but it starts on ya and you learn a lot..

I've had P.T. tell me they won't even touch me until I'm stable enough on pain meds to tolerate the grueling physical workout that the doctor prescribed.
