Stretching helps me and the steroidal injections help. Alkalizing the body is a more permanent solution.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member I have pain in my right hip - osteoarthritis. Sometimes it refers to the groin. Such fun!

I have "referred" hip pain that comes from my back. I've had steroid injections and radio frequency ablation done several times with relief. I've also had severe hip pain after bladder surgery when a stitch was left poking the bladder wall. It was relieved immediately after the stitch was removed! Fibromyalgia also can cause severe hip pain. I have used a variety of pain sprays that bring temporary relief. Main thing is to identify the true problem.

Heat or ice help me sometimes. It's better than nothing.
