Why More Pain As I Try To Relax?
A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've noticed, like this evening, when we had our Celebrate Recovery meeting (where I'm the ministry leader), that I did pretty good there, but once I got home and began to "relax", the pain really set in. To the extreme! Curious why that is.

I think when your active your body makes more adrenalinene and dopamine when you not active the making of adrenaline and dopamine stops.these hormones have also a role in feeling pain .

If you were directing the evening, you might consider an immediate shower to wash off the pain thoughts of others you were dwelling over. Wash yourself in the white light of your saviour and protect with the same. Why does ministers clothing be all black?

Sometimes I think we know we have to do something and simply push through, often discarding the pain for a moment but once the brain catches up and we relax it tells our body its pay back time. Another thing may be that once you relax and don't have your mind concentrated on something else it is easier to be in tune with one's body and to notice those pains. Just a thought. prayers you sleep well.

That's easy one. It's because your body is starting to relaxed from everything you did that day or they day before. For me nighttime is the worst so if I get tired during they day I sleep because I my not sleep during the night
