I take the risk of knowing a task or get-together is going to cause me pain. To me that's good pain and well worth the experience or memory. I take them all the time. If we dont take some risks we might as well no longer exist because that's all were doing is existing. That's no way for a human being to live. Humans take risk to better themselves or their situation.

Listen to your body it will tell you if the risks are worth taking.

Step out in faith! Just use wisdom. We can start to isolate ourselves, and that isn't good. You have us now. We understand what you are going through, reach out to us, that's what we are here for, to help each other. Hugs

I’ve been staying in the house. You can visit but I’m not leaving. Every time I go out I’m in pain. I just go to doctor appointments. It’s boring but I’m waiting for pain to be calmed down

I try to take a risk a week. It may hurt me but I know there's people worse than me. So I push myself to live.It may hurt but I know I'm alive then.
