@A MyChronicPainTeam Member Firstly, have you been to see a doctor? Those types of pains could be indicative of a heart attack (in women) and need to be investigated!

I've had pains like that but not as severe. If I drink a glass of ice cold water and it goes away immediately, then for me it was probably indigestion. My doctor would prefer that I visit him the same day or next morning if possible.

Could be acid reflux disease. I don't know, I've have those reactions before, and they put me on a acid reflex Medicine pantoprazole, yet i had other issues too. Good luck. I am sure your doctor can help you out with this. It sounds serious enough to get to your doctor or a urgent care clinic, if they thought it would b d that bad, they'd suggest the ER

I would agree with Keebie22 sounds like symptoms of heart attack or possible a partially blocked artery.

I have a sister that is a cardiologist and I explained to her your symptoms, her response was to see your Dr. Right away, she said it sounds like mini heart attacks, which could lead into a massive... Please go see your Dr. And I pray he/she will rule out heart attack.. My prayers are with you πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
