@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, If you have access to a heated pool, a therapy pool even better, really helps me.

It does nothing for me also. The only time it helped was after my many surgeries.

I'm being referred to IT for my severe lumbar back pain. I don't know if it will help or not but for both of us, I pray it does help. For me it will be the beginning of the long process to get to the surgeon. Idk if I need more surgery but the pain down my leg, tells me that a disk has either ruptured or is bulging. I'm afraid that after two surgeries the next step is a fusion. I'm scared of that but so OVER this constant agony.
I had my right knee replaced and never regretted it. The pros. And cons make this surgery so worth it. If they suggest it, I'd seriously consider getting it done asap. Your life will change for the better.

It didnt work for me, it seemed to make it worse immediately following but i expected that but eventually went back to same ole pain so pain meds and walking daily help me out alot these days, im almost pain free but ive been on the same meds for over 15 years and expect to be on them the rest of my life as long as the CDC, DEA, FBI, CIA, DOT,, etc, allows me to continue...sorry had to add a little humor to the list.

Honestly, I have found that it hurts me more than it helps me. I do have EDS but also have what you do as well. I don't do well with physical therapy. Anything is worth a shot it seems at times and give it a go because it might be different for you. If it doesn't, don't do it anymore.
