I sleep for 4 hours then I’m awake.

Melitonin 5 mg x 3 and go to bed by 8:30 pm!! Stop any activity w tv, phones , laptops !! Read a book and before that if able a walk

You body is under stress, it will produce cortisol from your adrenal glands which is a fight and flight response. It will make it hard to sleep. There is an herb called kava and one called Valeriean at your health food store that will help with that.

I started taking magnesium at night think it helps some😊.
Sorry this has been your pattern for so many years. What does your doctor say ? Pray there is something that helps you get more sleep💕
